Dan Drolet is the Senior Director of Pharmacology at SomaLogic. Dan has over 25 years of experience in discovery and development of therapeutics, including work at NeXstar and OSI Pharmaceuticals (Macugen and Fovista), Genentech (the biologics growth hormone, interferons, and relaxin), Nivalis Pharmaceuticals, Gilead Sciences and Replidyne. He has published 25 peer-reviewed manuscripts and holds several patents, primarily in the application of aptamers to therapeutics, protein purification and protein detection. Dan received his Ph.D. in Physiology and Pharmacology at the University of California, San Diego.
