Christian Tang-Jespersen is a Partner with ACME. Christian has a proven track record in developing high-growth technology businesses. Through his family office, he invests in and advises fast-growing technology and value-based companies including Scandion Onchology (SE), Dear Leader (DK), NILT (DK), Tessa Therapeutics (Singapore), and ACT. Global A/S (Denmark). Christian currently acts as a strategic advisor for a number of growth companies as well as performs advisory roles for global investors, including Singapore-based sovereign fund, Temasek. He has completed in excess of $7B transactions, including a dozen major M&A deals in telecommunication and hardware technology as well as several IPOs and Private Placements in Copenhagen and Stockholm.

As CEO and President, he grew Swiss-Singaporean Heptagon exponentially since joining in 2010, resulting in a $2.5B trade sale to ams AG in late 2017. Prior to joining Heptagon, Christian served as CEO for Singapore-based Hymite which was sold to TSMC, a leading global semiconductor foundry. Before this, he worked in Shanghai, China as senior vice president at GN, a global maker of headset solutions, and was part of the executive management team at Jabra, prior to its merger with GN.

Christian has managed global roles for the past 15 years, based out of the US, China, Belgium, Singapore, and Switzerland. He has served as a board member in several technologies and IP companies, ranging from listed, Danish conglomerate GN Great Nordic, Swedish late-stage start-up Flatfrog Laboratories and Scandinavian IPR firm Zacco (DK), and currently serves as a board member for US-based SolidEnergy Systems and NILT (DK). Christian further acts on the board of DenmarkBridge, a public-private non-profit initiative bringing disruptive startups, investors, and large corporations together.

Christian began his career as an attorney focused on corporate law, including M&A and IPOs, and acted as General Counsel and head of M&A for GN Great Nordic. He holds a Master of Law from Copenhagen University and Université Libre de Bruxelles.
