Christian Lee is a Vice President in the Investments group at Time Warner Cable where he is responsible for evaluating and executing investments, acquisitions, and divestitures across all of TWC's businesses and new business initiatives.

During his career he has completed more than twenty deals, including the $18 billion acquisition of Adelphia Cable out of bankruptcy in 2006, the $3.2 billion investment in Clearwire along with Comcast, Google, and Intel in 2008, and the recent spin-off of Time Warner Cable from Time Warner Inc.

Prior to working at Time Warner Cable he worked in the M&A department at Time Warner and before that he worked in investment banking at Citigroup.

Christian received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Carleton College. He is on the Alumni Board of Carleton College and a member of the Columbia Business School Media Forum.
