Chris is the General Counsel for GC and provides legal counsel relating to investments and corporate matters.

Prior to GC, Chris was a corporate associate in the Boston office of Cooley LLP where he represented leading venture capital firms and private and public corporations in a wide variety of transactions. Prior to joining Cooley, Chris was an associate with Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Chris is a graduate of Boston College, earning a B.A. and Boston College Law School, where he received a J.D.
