Chisato Ishii joined JAIC in 1996 and started at JAIC America in 2005. Her background includes over ten years of critical venture capital industry include in the fields of accounting, finance, and international business over Japan, Asia and the United States. Prior to her investments in the US, She served JAIC Fund management, Corporate Strategy, and Investment Banking departments. Ms. Ishii brings cross-border business opportunities to investees and manages all of JAIC Americas biotechnology and life science investments. Ms.Ishii received a B.A. in Business Administration from Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan and received a Certificate of International Business Professions program from The University of Washington.
