Chen Zhao is currently serving as managing partner of ICONIZ, a leading blockchain accelerator based in Los Angeles. Successful portfolio projects includes QASH, RCN, PAI，BOX, THETA and etc. He is also a founding partner of E3 Capital, an early stage venture capital fund. His investment covers Fintech, EntertainmentTech and Enterprise Software, with notable deals including Aspiration, ObEN, Netki, etc. Chen is a CAIA member and holds a dual bachelor degree from UCLA.
