Mr. Charles P. Cooley, also known as Charile, serves as Vice President and Treasurer of Noveon Kalama, Inc. Mr. Cooley served as Senior Vice President of Lubrizol Corporation from July 2004 to September 16, 2011 and as its Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to September 16, 2011. He joined Lubrizol in 1998 and served as its Vice President from 1998 to July 2004 and also served as its Treasurer from September 2006 to April, 2009.

Prior to Lubrizol, he served as Assistant Treasurer of Corporate Finance at Atlantic Richfield Company. He has been a Director of Modine Manufacturing Company since October 18, 2006 and of KeyCorp since November 17, 2011.

He received his M.B.A. from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration and a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Yale University.
