Ben Haworth is a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle UK&I in their Infrastructure as a Service Specialist team, responsible for educating and assisting customers (start-ups through to enterprise) to design and deliver solutions on top of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in conjunction with Oracle Platform and Software as a Service offerings.

Ben has worked with Public, Hybrid and Private Cloud technology since 2010, first at a global System Integrator as a Cloud Platform Architect, then at a Converged Infrastructure vendor before joining Oracle to work with their next generation Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in 2016.

Ben has 15 years’ experience in IT, starting as a network architect before progressing in to the broader Infrastructure services of Cloud but he remains interested in networking with the developments in software-defined and function virtualisation amongst others. He graduated from University of St. Andrews with First Class Honours in Computer Science. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons and playing golf.
