Archana (Archie) Deskus is Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of PayPal . She previously served as Vice President and CIO for Ingersoll-Rand and has more than two decades of experience in the aerospace, industrials and consumer products industries.
Throughout her career, she has been credited with building and developing high-performing teams and partnering with business leaders to successfully implement large-scale transformational projects. Deskus worked at United Technologies for 19 years with positions of increasing responsibility, including Executive Director, Infrastructure and E-Business at Pratt & Whitney; and Vice President and CIO at Carrier North America. She worked as Senior Vice President and CIO for Timex Corporation.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration/management information systems from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
