As business development director, Angel focuses on fostering innovation in Silicon Valley by reinvigorating the funding ecosystem for core technologies. Angel is a veteran of the semiconductor and hardware industry; he’s been an IC designer at Intel, a technical lead for implanted medical devices at Medtronic, an intellectual property litigator at Fenwick & West and a business development manager for Applied Materials.

Angel holds an electrical engineering degree from Stanford, an MBA from Arizona State, and a law degree from Notre Dame.
