Ahmad Pelzer has led an exemplary career stemming from his earliest days in the military. Beginning as a Communications Officer, Ahmad made a regular practice of driving to empty lots, setting up shelters and hooking them up to a satellite. Over time, he grew quite fond of uncovering abandoned buildings, chateaus and even castles to find a profitable use for them. After having become a Colonel for the U.S. Army, Ahmad has since retired from the service and has been pursuing his Master of Science, specializing in International Real Estate, at Florida International University.
