1947 Rise is a podcast that encourages Indians who were born in India but received their education in the US to return home to establish successful software businesses and/or support the country's burgeoning tech sector.

They accomplish this through speaking with Indians who were born in India and had their education in the US and have since returned to India, where they have established sizable tech enterprises on their own or have contributed to the development of the country's digital ecosystem.
