Sequoia Capital Global Equities (SCGE) is a public/private crossover fund, with investments spanning from late-stage private companies to public companies.

SCGE was founded in 2009 to expand Sequoia Capital’s technology investing efforts into the public markets and operates independently as a separate investment advisor under the Sequoia brand. SCGE currently manages over $13 billion with concentrated, long-term investments in companies across the global technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors. While public companies comprise the majority of SCGE’s portfolio, the team also invests in companies in pre-IPO crossover rounds, including alongside Sequoia Capital’s venture and growth funds.
